Paul vs. Jesus: 21 Contradictions

   

Please note: There are dozens of contradictions but many have been repeated several times in the Bible and so contradictions occurring more than once have been written only once below.

   1 Paul: Go to the Gentiles (Acts 13:47, Acts 18:6, Acts 28:28, Rom. 15:16 and much more).  

 Versus 

 Jesus: Do not go to the Gentiles (Matt. 10:5, Matt. 15:24, John 4:22 and much more)  

 Note: Jesus said to go to all nations and by all nations, the Bible refers to the 12 tribes of Israel only [(Leviticus 25:44) The Psalms even refers to the Romans as heathens rather than a nation].    

 

 2  Paul: The law is destroyed by Jesus (Romans 7:4). 

 Versus :

 The law is not destroyed (Matt. 5:17-19).   

 

 3 Paul:Do not circumcise (Galatians 5:2, 3, 6). 

 Versus 

 Jesus:Circumcise (Matthew 5:17-19).   

 

 4 Paul: I am not to baptize (1 Corinthians 1:17). 

 Versus 

 Jesus: Go and baptize (Matthew 28:19).    

 

 5 Paul:

You fool (Galatians 3:1, 1 Corinthians 15:36 and much more). 

 Versus  

 Jesus:Say “you fool” and go to hell (Matthew 5:22).   

 

6 Paul:Jesus gave his life willingly (Galatians 1:3, Galatians 2:20 and much more). 

Versus  

Jesus:My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? (Matthew 27:46, Mark 15:34).I do not want to die (Matthew 26:38-39).   

7 Paul:Honor your father (Eph. 6:2). 

Versus 

Jesus:Hate your father (Luke 14:26).   

8  Paul:Jesus knows secret knowledge (Col. 2:3). 

Versus 

Jesus: I don’t know of that day (Mark 13:32).

Jesus speaks of the Comforter in the Gospel of John. If Christians believe that the comforter is not Prophet Muhammad, then there is much problem.

 Jesus says that they would be guided into all truths but the disciples were not guided unto any truth (Galatians 2:11-14, 1 Corinthians 1:11-13).   

10 Paul:I am great (2 Corinthians 11:5). 

Versus 

Jesus:Whosoever exalts himself shall be abased (Luke 18:14).   

11 Paul:Jesus will judge us all (2 Corinthians 5:10). 

Versus 

Jesus:I judge no man (John 8:15, Luke 12:14, John 12:47).   

12 Paul:There is no difference between Jews and Gentiles (Romans 10:12). Paul, however, contradicts himself later by criticizing the attitude of the disciples with the Gentiles.  

Versus 

Jesus:Gentiles are dogs and swine (Matthew 7:6).   

13 Paul:Do not curse your enemies (Romans 12:14). Paul breaks this law as well. 

Versus 

Jesus:“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchers” (Matt. 23:27).“Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers” (Matt. 23:33).“All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers…” (John 10:8).   

14  Paul:Abusing the enemy (Acts 23:2-4). 

Versus 

Jesus:Love the enemy (Matthew 5:44).   

15 Paul:Ran away from fear of death (Acts 14:5-6). 

Versus 

Jesus:Be not afraid of those who want to kill you (Luke 12:4).   

16 Paul:Live with peace; Jesus is peace (Romans 12:18, Eph. 2:14-17). 

Versus 

Jesus:I have not come for peace but for sword (Matthew 10:34, Luke 12:51).   

17 Paul:There are masters other than Christ (Eph. 6:5). 

Versus 

Jesus:Christ is the only master (Matthew 23:10).   

18 Paul:God is the judge of all (Hebrews 12:23). 

Versus 

Jesus:God does not judge but Jesus does (John 5:22). This is a contradiction to point 10 above as well.   

19 Paul:Every man rewarded by faith (Galatians 2:16). 

Versus 

Jesus:Every man rewarded by works (Matthew 16:27).   

20 Paul:Judge (1 Corinthians 2:15, 1 Corinthians 5:12). 

Versus 

Jesus:Judge no one (Matthew 7:1-2, Luke 6:37).   

21 Paul:God swore (Hebrews 7:21). 

Versus 

Jesus:Swearing is condemned (Matthew 5:34-35).

Contradictions only prove that the book should not be believed. A thing from God is pure and free from errors. Please read the Qur’an and follow the way of the Lord.
